- DCS is needed and required for combat.

- Do not detach or turn off your DCS during combat or immediately after.

- You are a target and welcoming combat if your DCS is active (/9on).

- If you do not want to engage in combat, go noncombative with /9off if you have not already been attacked.

- Do not harass noncombative players to set their meter to a combative state so you can fight them.

- Do not attack someone that is not wearing a DCS or is noncombative.
