As the Empire of Romanum continues to grow, the Emperor cannot give everyone the time they deserve. He wishes he could. Emperor Galtier will do his best to engage with citizens and friends.

Please do not be offended if the Emperor appears to ignore you or cannot spend much time with you.

For issues and concerns regarding Romanum, you should contact these people-

Estate Managers Gambit Broome or Booker Beningborough - They are your first contact for issues and concerns related to the Romanum SIM. You can either IM them directly or use the Staff Contact Board in the Romanum City Office.

If either one does not get back to you within 24 hours, you may escalate to Emperor Galtier. You may escalate to Emperor Galtier immediately if the matter cannot wait 24 hours.

Marketing Director Gambit Broome - Gambit is responsible primarily to bring business to Romanum which includes merchants and land owners.

Club Romanum Manager Bear Magnifico - All matters related to Club Romanum should be addressed to Bear. If it is an urgent matter and Bear cannot be reached within 24 hours, escalate to Gambit Broome or Booker Beningborough first and then Emperor Galtier last.
