Document Circulated at the Servi/Slave Conference

I'll introduce myself, I'm Prince Jin of Han,. I am presently the Theater Director, Dominus of Arts and Pater of the House of Homines De Ars.

I have many years of training and experience in serving and entertaining, mostly in an Oriental setting but the foundation in basically the same. A Servus is not merely a collared naked men on his knees waiting for sex. A good Servus is one that is humble, respects hierarchy and is an example of pride to the master and family to which he belongs to. This is what i want to bring to Romanum.

Because of my knowledge in this field, I am interested in overseeing and mentoring new servus who enter Romanum. I can provide lodging, classroom space, along with hosting events to introduce Servus to potential owners.

The enrolled Servi will have weekly classes in Roleplay, Servi etiquette, pleasure, as well as entertaining. They will assist the Homines De Ars by serving at Convivium, symposiums, private parties, theater productions, pleasuring patrons privately and attending orgies.

If the Servi wishes to stay with the Homines De Ars after completing the training they will go on and have classes in the performing arts where eventually they will be come a palace performer, similar to a courtier or courtesan who is essentially owned by the palace. . Hopefully helping us to enrich our theater in the process.

If the Servi wishes to be sold they can go to auction and the funds paid will go to the house and a tax of 10% to the Palace.

I also would like to employ teachers who on a rotation and in different time zones will hold classes at the Parthicus Inn. The proposed teachers will come through the Colegium.

The goal is to retain new people who have a wish to join us here.
