To purchase/rent land in Romanum, when none is currently available, please fill out the form to be placed on a waiting list. Land in Romanum is a one time fee of L$900 and then a weekly rent of L$1.60 per prim. So a 1000 prim land parcel would rent for L$1600 per week. The physical size of your land parcel will depend on whether it is on a full sim or homestead sim. A full sim allows more prims per square feet and therefore would be geographically smaller than the same number of prims on a homestead.

 

If enough land demands builds over capacity, we may purchase a new Romanum sim.
