II. TRIBUNE MEETING REPORT
The second item on the agenda to be discussed was the Tribune Meeting Report and was brought to the Senate floor by Tribune Lead Popov Huldschinsky who gave the report as follows:
" We, the Tribunes, like to inform the present distinguished gentries of our last meeting with the Plebeian Assembly on Sunday, 25th October 2020. In the course of this meeting certain points were raised of which, some will be presented to this assembly if it could bear it, we will also elaborate further on developments since the aforementioned meeting: Once more, concerns were expressed about abuse of advertisement within the Romanum and Pompeii groups, especially for event not happening in these two Realms. Maybe this chamber could, once again, see to a fair solution. The following Items are concerning the use of the zCS coin system for civilian use as well as information on Temples. To further our precedent meetings and discussions; some of it has already been notified to the present Assembly. A vote concerning these two main proposals was cast: The first proposal was about items planned to promote the use of RP via use of the zCS coinage system. After discussion with Plebeians, these, were voted unanimously and favourably. That proposal has now been presented to this house for acceptance and execution. The second proposal was about the Teaching from the priests about their respective god / goddess. Once more after discussion with Plebeians, these were voted by 4 votes favourably and one abstention. That proposal has also been presented to the rightful body for acceptance and execution. We would also like to remind this assembly that the present Tribunate is still waiting for a reply concerning inquiry already highlighted in these circles which, if we may be so bold as to remind the Honourable Gentlemen: Does any Citizen have the right and freedom to pray inside a Temple? The present Tribunate would like to take this opportunity to express their concern about the shortness of time given to Plebeians of Romanum to put their name forward for the next Tribunate Members election. Could we, again, be so bold, as ask his Highness, our loving Imperator, to extend the deadline to at least another week with advertisement in the Forum? We understand nominated oneself for such an important body is not to be taken lightly and may frighten some people. However, the function of Tribune is a very rewarding one, bringing Plebeians opportunities to express their thoughts and ideas. Henceforth, the present Tribunes consider the Tribunate an essential body to Romanum and should be maintained. This conclude any matters raised at this aforementioned Plebeians Assembly Meeting and, the next Plebeian Assembly Meeting will be held on Sunday, 29th November 2020. We thank you for your attention and patience, should you have any questions the present Tribunes will be pleased to answer."
III. BUSINESS FROM THE SENATE FLOOR
Consul Booker Beningborough addressed two of the items brought up by the Lead Tribune. First, regarding advertising in groups and the separation between Pompeii and Romanum guidelines regarding such advertising. Second, the usage of the ZCS system. Consul noted that the two items are still in discussions as no action has taken place regarding either.
Senator Tybalt Galtier-Caproni advised that the proposals were thoroughly discussed, however due to a lack of quorum nothing was voted upon.
The Imperator addressed the new issue of advertising in Romanum, namely, do we allow groups other than Pompeii and Romanum to advertise in our groups, or send noticed for other sims. The Imperator noted that the current Romanum policy does not address either issue, and will need to be decided.
The Imperator next extended the deadline to 22nd November to nominate or apply to be a candidate for the next session of the Tribunate.
